Located at 3030 W 21st Place in South Lawndale, the 17-story, 350-unit senior complex—originally built in 1974—recently underwent a comprehensive revitalization. The renovation upgraded all resident units, amenity spaces, and building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. A new elevator was also installed to better serve residents. Every apartment received new flooring, paint, LED lighting, updated kitchens and bathrooms, and modern air-conditioning with thermostats. Additionally, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity were enhanced throughout all units and common areas.
