Caisson permit issued for United Yards building

A caisson permit has been granted for a six-story mixed-use building at 4703 S. Justine in Chicago's United Yards Invest South/West development, developed by Celadon Partners and Blackwood Group. With joint venture contractors Skender and Blackwood Group, construction is set to begin on the project, featuring 45 affordable residential units and ground-floor retail.
