Transformation of a former vacant Chicago public school library; shuttered in 2009. The library area was approximately a 10,000 SF building and now is the headquarters for Latinos Progresando, a non-for-profit organization that provides mental health services; event space; and offices to support one of their main missions of immigration legal services. The total development costs is approximately $3 million.
